For customers who need to delegate management of multiple websites, clients and their content, HELM is a sophisticated control panel system that comes well recommended.
HELM single server control panel is available on VPS plans with 1GB or more memory, at a cost of an additional £15pm + VAT.
HELM can only be installed on a 'clean install' Windows system and therefore is not available as a later upgrade option, the choice to install HELM must be made when ordering your VPS.

Pre-Configured Streaming Server Image (Free Option)
Our VPS streaming image is a Windows 2003 Server VPS with Windows Media Services 9 preinstalled with basic pre-configuration. Features...
- full administrative control of all the streaming configurations
- remote desktop control of the server
- live or "on demand" streaming
- plenty of disk space for storage

There is no additional charge for selecting a streaming server.
Data Backup (from £5pm +VAT)
If this option is taken then Xtraordinary manage a daily backup services of your VPS. A full LVM snap-shot image of the VPS is taken. At any one point in time we store:
- The most recent weekly backup
- The most recent daily backup
