Emergency Technical Support

Outside UK office hours requests for urgent assistance should be directed to our main support number 0845 345 0919 (+44 845 345 0919) where pressing option 2 will put you through to a duty engineer. This procedure should however only be used for emergency assistance where your VPS is down or you are unable to access our network.

Note that for urgent matters you must phone, do not send emails for emergency support requests. The out of hours procedures should not be used for routine support matters.

VPS Down?

If your VPS is down you should attempt to recover it using the user control panel before calling technical support.

Network Issues?

If you are unable to access your VPS websites then please first check that the problem is not local to your PC or your ISP. Check if you can reach other major internet sites and if possible test access to your VPS from another ISP before calling technical support.
